Cynthia DiBartolo is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel of Tigress Financial Partners and guides the overall strategy and direction of the firm.
Before founding Tigress, Ms. DiBartolo held senior management positions at Citigroup, including Director of Corporate Compliance, Director of Risk Management and Sales Manager for Smith Barney’s Flagship New York office for Private Client Services.
Prior to Citigroup she was Assistant Secretary at Merrill Lynch Broadcort Capital. She began her career as a credit analyst at Bear Stearns.
In addition to Tigress, Ms. DiBartolo provides her support and expertise to a number of business community and philanthropic organizations.
Ms. DiBartolo is a member of the White House Business Council and an Executive Board Member of the Business and Labor Coalition of New York.
Ms. DiBartolo currently serves as Chairperson of the Greater New York Chamber of Commerce, an organization that provides valuable services to over 22,000 business and civic leaders who represent the backbone of the Greater New York business community.
Ms. DiBartolo is Founder and President of the Tigress Cares Foundation providing financial aid and advocacy for head and neck cancer screening and early detection.
Ms. DiBartolo graduated Cum Laude from Wagner College with a BA in Political Science and earned a Juris Doctorate from Villanova University, School of Law. She holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 99 and Real Estate, Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
Ms. DiBartolo was admitted to the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut State Bars.
Michael Pickholz

Michael Pickholz is a Founding Partner and the Chief Operating Officer of Tigress Financial Partners. He oversees the day-to-day activities, operations management and strategic planning processes of the firm.
Mr. Pickholz was previously with GE Equity (General Electric Co), ThinkEquity Partners, Citigroup and KPMG.
Mr. Pickholz has nearly two decades of investment banking, funds of funds, private equity and corporate operations experience. He covered the origination, development and execution of numerous transactions in Media & Technology, Greentech, Financial Services, and Specialized Retail. Michael has served as a strategic advisor to senior executives, providing them with advice on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, strategic relationships and strategic positioning for IPOs and other corporate initiatives.
Prior to Tigress, Mr. Pickholz was an investment principal in GE Equity’s Private Equity, Business Development and Fund-of-Funds practices. He served as a principal investor, investing in and managing over 50 venture capital and private equity investments. Michael also oversaw the management of GE Equity’s $2 billion fund portfolio and was a creator and founder of GE’s Private Equity Secondaries Division. While at Citigroup, Michael worked in Mergers & Acquisitions where he advised on transactions totaling more than $2 billion. Michael is a Certified Six-Sigma Quality Black Belt Analyst.
Mr. Pickholz is Founder and Chairman of the Tigress Cares Foundation.
Mr. Pickholz graduated from Colgate University with High Honors and received his MBA and MSc from the NYU Stern School of Business. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 66, 79 & 99 Licenses.
Ivan Feinseth

Ivan Feinseth oversees the investment strategies of the Tigress Asset Management and leads our specialized research group focused on economic profit and relative value analysis.
Mr. Feinseth has over 20 years’ experience on Wall Street including holding positions in portfolio management, research, investment banking and institutional and retail brokerage.
Prior to joining Tigress, Mr. Feinseth was the Chief Investment Officer of AlphaWorks. He developed and managed the AlphaWorks in-house proprietary research models driving his quantitative and fundamental stock selection process. He was the Portfolio Manager of the AlphaWorks Long / Short Opportunities LP and the AlphaWorks Focused Opportunities Portfolio.
Mr. Feinseth co-founded Matrix Investment Research where he was the Director of Research and Chief Investment Officer. At Matrix, he developed an economic value measurements database and valuation model and managed the Matrix Focus Opportunity Portfolio and Focus List of Best Ideas.
Mr. Feinseth has been a frequent guest on CNBC and Bloomberg TV and has been profiled in numerous financial publications including The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Investor’s Business Daily, Bloomberg, BusinessWeek, Forbes, Fortune, Institutional Investor and SmartMoney.
During the early part of his career he held positions as Director and Senior Vice president in the Private Client divisions of Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns and Wachovia Securities.
Mr. Feinseth received a BSBA in Finance & Accounting from the Boston University School of Management. Mr. Feinseth holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 86 and 87 licenses.
Clifton Strain

Clifton Strain leads our investment banking efforts. Mr. Strain has over 20 years of investment banking experience providing corporate finance and M&A services to public companies, privately held family concerns and portfolio companies of financial sponsors. During his career he has developed close relationships in the leveraged finance and private equity communities having represented clients in well over 100 transactions representing over $40 billion of value.
Prior to joining Tigress Mr. Strain lead the M&A Advisory Services and Financial Sponsor Coverage practices at the Dellacorte Group. During his career Mr. Strain has held key positions in a number of prominent Wall Street investment banking firms providing M&A advisory services and originating and executing equity, senior debt, mezzanine and high yield financings for several leading private equity firms. Mr. Strain was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Services Group of The CIT Group, a Managing Director in the Private Equity Coverage Group of Wachovia Securities and a Principal in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Morgan Stanley. He served as a Senior Associate in the Restructuring Group of Prudential Capital and he served as an associate in the Corporate Finance Department of Drexel Burnham & Lambert. He started his career at Chemical Bank.
Mr. Strain serves as a member of the board of directors and chairman of the governance committee of City Harvest, the nation’s oldest food rescue organization. He also serves on the board of directors of the United Way of New Jersey. He also serves on the audit committee for Program for Parents, a child advocacy organization. He also serves on the board of deacons of the St. Paul Baptist Church in Montclair, New Jersey.
Mr. Strain received a BA with distinction from Morehouse College and a MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 79 Licenses.

Suzanne Herrmann is a Managing Director of Tigress Financial Partners and is head of Sales and Marketing. She focuses on marketing our asset management, wealth management and investment services to institutional and high-net worth individual investors.
Ms. Herrmann began her financial services career with the wealth management team of Wachovia Securities where she provided investment advisory and portfolio management services. Her responsibilities included advising clients across the country with assets of $100 million or more.
Ms. Herrmann is currently on the Board of Directors for Variety, The Children’s Charity, and was on the Board of Directors of the Malibu Green Machine. She was a member of the Century City Chamber of Commerce Women’s Business Council.
Ms. Herrmann attended the University of Florida College of Mathematics and later completed her studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s College of Financial Planning. She holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.

Kris Steckman is a Registered Principal and In-House Counsel. His responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day legal and compliance matters for the firm and providing strategic investment banking support.
Prior to joining Tigress, Mr. Steckman worked at Aurarian Capital; a New York based hedge fund, where he was responsible for the structuring and development of a philanthropic hedge fund product.
Mr. Steckman’s legal experience includes work on high profile cases, including the defense of an Egyptian issuer against banking and bond fraud claims arising out of the first Euro Bond Offering in the Middle East. He assisted in the representation of the former co-head of investment banking for an on-line investment bank in what has become a leading case in the Second Circuit on the valuation of pre-IPO stock. Mr. Steckman has acted as special counsel in arbitrated disputes, including a recent arbitration involving the disclosure obligations of several major financial institutions, in the context of the solicitation and marketing of a municipal bond arbitrage product.
Mr. Steckman is actively involved in philanthropic endeavors and is a member of the Board of Directors of Hermandad, a community development agency focused on creating sustainable water-infrastructure projects.
Mr. Steckman graduated from the Honors Program at the University of Tampa with a BA in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law where he was an editor of the Business Law Review. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 52, 53, 63, and 99 licenses. Mr. Steckman was admitted to the New York State Bar.
